Job summary

DP World seeks a Health & Safety Manager to lead and enhance safety programs across multiple US sites, including Utah locations. You will partner with operations to drive a strong safety culture, ensure OSHA compliance, and implement proactive health and safety initiatives.

The role requires incident investigations, risk assessments, training, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in health and safety, preferably in warehouse or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of OSHA, ISO and internal audit standards; DOT and EPA familiarity.
• OSHA 10-hour training or equivalent; First Aid/CPR knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain health and safety management systems and procedures.
• Lead monthly safety inspections and coordinate external audits.
• Design and deliver safety training programs for staff and contractors.
• Coordinate risk assessments, incident investigations and data analysis.
• Collaborate with operations to reduce hazards and improve working conditions.
• Manage documentation for equipment safety, audits, and claims.
