This Health & Safety Manager position earns a competitive salary,, depending on experience. Power Health & Safety Manager - A Day in the Life
As a Safety Manager, you uphold our top value: Safety. You lead accident prevention efforts, conduct site audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA, L&I, DOT, and company policies. Through training and site visits, you reinforce safe practices and recognize employees for proactive safety measures.
You investigate accidents, near misses, and safety concerns, keeping accurate records and timely reports. By providing technical expertise, you help supervisors implement health and safety best practices. Partnering with leadership, you support safety policy development, making a lasting impact on your team and community.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A POWER HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER
Certified safety professional (CSP) or certified utility safety professional (CUSP) certifications are desirable but not necessarily required. Union experience highly desired. This is a Safety Sensitive Position.
