Job summary

Diageo is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at the Lebanon, KY site. You will implement and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and drive risk reduction across production and construction activities.

You will collaborate with the site safety team, manage permits and routine agency reporting, and deliver training programs for new hires and annual refreshers while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in production and distillation environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS or related field; CSP or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to oversee EHS management systems in production, distillation and construction environments; crisis management and business recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction on site safety and environmental activities.
• Identify and mitigate site risks with the safety team.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies and manage permits and reports (air, wastewater, SPCC).
• Deliver safety training for new hires and annual refreshers.
• Maintain OSHA logs and contractor safety program; support risk assessments and root cause analyses.
• Lead internal audits and continuous improvement programs for health, safety, and environment.
