Job summary

Execution is seeking a Health & Safety Coordinator to help create a safe and healthy workplace at our on-site facility in Sites. The role emphasizes policy development, inspections, and training to ensure regulatory compliance and a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate has a Civil/Mechanical Engineering background, at least 3 years in safety, and ISO45001 expertise, with First Aid/CPR as a plus. This full-time position offers growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• ETEK Registered Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety.
• Knowledge of ISO45001 and safety standards.
• First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
• Coordinate and lead safety training sessions for employees.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports.
• Ensure compliance with Cyprus and EU safety regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of safety activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.
