Job summary

Tallgrass is offering a 10-week Summer 2027 internship in our Houston office, focused on Health & Safety for Capital Projects. You will support contractor safety programs, data entry, and reporting while learning OSHA standards and safety analytics.

As an enrolled student in a relevant degree program, you will gain hands-on experience, teamwork, and professional mentorship in a dynamic energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• Student actively enrolled in a degreed program with an expected graduation date between Dec 2026 and May 2028.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI or Smartsheet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing contractor safety standards for the management of change program.
• Enter and track project safety data and produce reports for analysis.
• Assist in organizing contractor safety roundtables at project sites.

Education

Current student in relevant degree program with expected graduation Dec 2026–May 2028
