Health, Safety and Fire Consultant - Home Based - Midlands Region

Salary: up to £60,000 + Car Allowance

Irwin and Colton have been engaged by a leading Insurance and Risk Management Consultancy to recruit a new Health, Safety and Fire Consultant. The role involves working with a range of clients, including those in charities and the education sector.

Responsibilities
  1. Partner with clients to advise and report on all safety matters across various sites.
  2. Report and monitor onsite safety strategies and fire objectives to foster a positive fire and safety culture.
  3. Deliver services such as auditing, policy reviews, training, risk assessments, and management systems assessments.
  4. Share best practices internally and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Qualification (Diploma preferred).
  • NEBOSH Fire Certification, with relevant memberships (e.g., IFE) or Diploma in Fire Prevention.
  • Proven experience in the wider corporate industries.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel extensively when required.
