Job summary

Bell Elementary is looking for a qualified Health Room Office Professional for the 2026-2027 school year. The role involves supervising the Health Room, handling illnesses, and performing first aid, alongside clerical tasks.

The incumbent may assist with medication administration under the School Nurse and will support other office duties as needed in a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Two years job related education and/or experience
• Health care experience or interest preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee Health Room and supervision of students referred for illness
• Administer first aid in accordance with policy
• Administer medications as delegated by the School Nurse
• Perform clerical and secretarial duties as assigned
• Support building, department or administrative staff as needed
