Position Information

Anticipated part-time, 10-month position (approximately 25 hours per week when school is in session) available at the start of the 2026-27 school year.

The District is seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and professional Health Room Assistant to join our student health services team for the 20262027 school year. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, healthy, and supportive environment for our students and staff. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, communicates warmly with families, and can pivot at a moment's notice to support different school buildings and staff teams.

Position requirements include an active Pennsylvania LPN or RN license and current CPR certification. The successful candidate must have some proficiency with technology to work with tools such as Google Drive and the Student Information System. A history of outstanding teamwork, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to demonstrate a positive and patient attitude with children are required.

• Providing health room support and direct care to students in accordance with district policies

Required Qualifications

• Pennsylvania LPN or RN license
• Current PA Criminal History background check upon offer of employment
• Current FBI Criminal background check upon offer of employment
• Current Child Abuse background check upon offer of employment
• Proof of TB test, results must be within the past year, upon offer of employment
