Elevance Health in the United States is seeking a Health Promotion Manager to develop and implement health promotion programs for employers, consultants, and members. The role combines in-person collaboration 1-2 days weekly with flexible remote work and occasional travel for health fairs across regions.

Location: Hybrid 1: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered. The role also involves traveling to health fairs approximately three to four times per year throughout the South, Midwest, and Northeast, along with occasional travel to the client’s NYC headquarters. Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm or 8:30am to 5:00pm EST.
The Health Promotion Manager is responsible for consulting and leveraging health promotion and healthy lifestyle behaviors for employers, consultants and consumers to win new business, retain accounts and grow membership in all lines of business.
