Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Health Care Program Manager to lead the coordination of comprehensive health care services and ensure quality care delivery for members. The role includes cross-functional collaboration, staff training, and data-driven process improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS, at least five years in a related field, and a year of leadership experience, with preferred credentials in behavioral health management within a managed care setting.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year leadership/management experience.
• Service delivery coordination or discharge planning experience preferred.
• Behavioral health experience in a managed care setting preferred.
• LCSW, LCMHC, or LMFT license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee coordination of a comprehensive health care program.
• Ensure appropriate delivery of care to members.
• Coordinate service delivery including member assessment.
• Participate in cross-functional workgroups.
• Evaluate and recommend changes for increased efficiencies.
• Develop and conduct training programs for staff.
• Extract and manipulate analytical data for findings presentation.
• Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate performance of direct reports.
