• Direct daily operations of the MCHP program and supervise staff.
• Develop and implement program policies and procedures; oversee workflow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including fiscal data.
• Provide staff training and ensure adherence to HR policies and guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries and support program customers and partners.
