Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in public health or related field.
  • Three years of health-related experience with supervisory duties.
  • Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License.
  • Background check and drug screening clearance.

Position Summary

Stability Staffing & Consulting is seeking a qualified Health Program Specialist III to support public health initiatives and community health programs through December 2026. This position will play a key role in developing evidence-based health initiatives, coordinating community outreach and education, supporting program evaluation, and collaborating with public and private agencies to improve community health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have strong public health knowledge, excellent communication and organizational skills, and experience coordinating programs and supervising staff.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably with coursework in: Public Health, Health Promotion, Health Sciences, Social Sciences Or another related health field.
  • Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in a health-related field, including supervisory and/or management experience and/or training.
  • Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience working in community health, public health education, outreach, program coordination, or health promotion.
  • Experience supervising staff and coordinating public health programs.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience with program evaluation, data management, research studies, surveys, or audits.
