Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist with order placement and fulfillment support.
• Provide product education (ingredients, directions).
• Handle shipping, returns, refunds, and subscriptions.
• Maintain knowledge of product catalog and CRM documentation.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers.
• Document questions and complaints in the CRM.
• Assist in order entry and end-of-day procedures.
• Provide backup support to fulfillment and admin tasks.
