Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Project Manager (IC) in Product Delivery & Evaluation to help size, evaluate, and deliver new product initiatives across the lifecycle. You will collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to manage projects of varying scope, advancing initiatives from planning through delivery while maintaining focus on quality and business impact.

Bachelor's degree required; 40 hours weekly, full-time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience.
Project management experience including project planning, milestone tracking, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across all organizational levels.
Foundational proficiency in desktop tools and basic data analysis techniques.

Responsibilities

Contribute across a diverse portfolio of new product and strategic initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.
Help size, evaluate, and deliver solutions by supporting leaders on large, complex priorities and independently managing projects of smaller or moderate scope.
Move comfortably between leading an initiative, owning a critical workstream, and supporting broader cross-functional delivery.
