In the role of Health Principal, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of HDR's Health sector in Northern California contributing to a world-renowned healthcare design practice. We're seeking a dynamic leader with passion, expertise, and charisma to drive new business, oversee impactful health projects, and strengthen HDR's exceptional reputation throughout the region.
The position will report directly to the Managing Principal located in San Francisco and collaborate with the Southwest Region Health Director to lead business development and drive strategic growth for the Health market sector in Northern California. This position will be responsible for assuring that HDR's health brand is elevated and maintained through quality design, innovative planning, client service and thought leadership on health projects throughout Northern California.

The expected compensation range for this position is $151,984.00 - $245,440.00 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
