Job summary

Alliance for Health Policy is seeking a Development & Production Intern to support planning and execution of in-person and virtual educational events, while assisting development and community engagement efforts.

The role offers hybrid work in Washington, DC, with tasks spanning event logistics, content production, donor outreach, and program operations. Starts Sept 15 and ends Dec 17, 2026, with优 priority for early applications.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in a related field.
• Interest in event production, community management, and program operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and setup for virtual and in-person events, including webinars and panels.
• Draft logistics materials such as run-of-show documents, prep memos, slide decks, and on-site checklists.
• Coordinate speaker logistics and confirm event details.
• Provide on-site or virtual support during live events, including registration and AV tasks.
• Maintain project management boards and event tracking documents.
