Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) seeks an internship candidate to support the Policy and Research department in Washington, DC. The Intern will assist with primary research, draft materials, and coordinate across teams, up to 25 hours per week during a 3-month term.

This paid internship runs January 19, 2027 to April 16, 2027, with in-person, remote, or hybrid options. It provides exposure to health policy, regulatory processes, and strategic communications.

Qualifikationen

• Current graduate student in health policy, public affairs, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to process information strategically and creatively.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency across tasks.
• Strong desire to build relationships and collaborate across teams.

Aufgaben

• Collect, track, and analyze primary health policy research.
• Research legislation, policy issues, and proposals.
• Draft, edit, and manage talking points, slide decks, reports, or backgrounders.
• Read, summarize, and manage primary literature across topics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
