  • Develop space programs, adjacency diagrams, and departmental planning concepts
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate planning with design and building systems
  • Support campus, prototype, and system‑level master planning initiatives
  • Guide projects through healthcare regulatory and code requirements
  • Contribute to design solutions that enhance patient experience, staff wellbeing, and operational performance
  • Participate in client presentations, interviews, and project pursuits
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of emerging healthcare planners
Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • 5–12 years of healthcare planning experience, including hospital and/or ambulatory care projects
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, departmental relationships, and patient flow
  • Experience leading user group meetings and building consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working on hospital renovations, phased construction, or projects within active healthcare environments
  • Interest in contributing to or developing health system standards, prototypes, or system‑wide planning strategies
  • Familiarity with implementing healthcare codes and guidelines
  • Ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and detailed execution
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and other planning/visualization tools preferred
