Job summary

Molina Healthcare is seeking an analyst to support risk and quality reporting for Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and MMP. You will design custom reports, educate users, and contribute to special quality improvement projects using SQL, Databricks, and Power BI.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of data mapping/cleaning experience related to HEDIS or risk adjustment and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years mapping, scrubbing, and cleaning data with HEDIS or risk adjustment experience.
• Experience in a managed care organization or equivalent education/experience.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with SQL queries, data design, and complex data analysis.
• Experience with Databricks SQL, Power BI, and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops custom health plan reports to support interventions and outcomes.
• Educates users on reports related to risk and HEDIS across Medicaid, Medicare, Marketplace, and MMP.
• Performs root-cause analysis and data research for quality improvement projects.
• Works in agile environment to derive insights from complex data sets.
• Collaborates with national risk and quality teams on pre-production testing of reporting.
