Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System seeks a Quality Improvement Program Manager to lead the Health Plan's QI program, manage annual work plans, and support NCQA accreditation and reporting requirements. You will translate insights into measurable improvements for member outcomes and plan performance.

Collaborating with accreditation, quality reporting, Stars, network, and analytics teams, you’ll drive initiatives that advance quality and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in quality improvement or health plan programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Health Plan's Quality Improvement Program and accreditation activities.
• Manage the annual QI Work Plan and oversight of improvement activities.
• Support NCQA accreditation, reporting, and documentation.
• Facilitate PDSA cycles and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reports and performance summaries communicating results.
• Partner with quality, operational, analytics, and vendor teams to advance goals.
