Molina Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Support Specialist to help identify, interview, and screen prospective eligible members for Molina health insurance products.

The role includes education on plan options, assisting with applications, and maintaining relationships with local community agencies and county/state partners. The position involves in‑person outreach at community events, travel within the Buffalo area, and coordination with health plans to ensure accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Experience in health care or customer services, including enrollment processes.
• Ability to interview and screen potential members and explain plan options.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Meet enrollment goals monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Facilitate inbound/outbound calls to assist with enrollment into Molina health plans.
• Meet with potential members at community sites to aid enrollment.
• Educate members on plan features, requirements, and disclosures.
