TytoCare works with leading health plans and providers worldwide, to roll out Home Smart Clinic solutions that enable accessible, high-quality primary care from home, with no compromises. The Home Smart Clinic solutions include remote physical exams that work across primary care modalities, and can be tailored to any cohort or population. Together with Tyto Insights️, provider integrations, and Tyto Engagement Labs️ which include member journeys and engagement frameworks, Home Smart Clinic solutions ensure more equitable access to care across the globe, and enable healthcare organizations to meet their KPIs.

Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.

We are seeking an energetic, strategic, and results-driven Health Plan Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and growing existing partnerships with health plans by delivering high-impact digital health solutions. The ideal candidate brings experience selling enterprise technology or services into the health payer market and is passionate about transforming healthcare through innovation. This position reports to the Vice President of Health Plan Sales.

Location Flexibility:

This position offers the flexibility to work 100% remotely or in a hybrid capacity from one of our office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals by acquiring new health plan customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the digital transformation goals of payer organizations

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through personal prospecting efforts and collaboration with other channel teams

• Build and sustain trusted relationships with health plan decision-makers, including executives in clinical, product strategy, and innovation roles

• Act as a strategic partner to customers by understanding their clinical, financial, and member engagement goals and positioning digital health solutions that drive measurable outcomes

• Manage the full enterprise sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and contract execution

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, product, and implementation teams to shape value-driven solutions and ensure long-term client success

• Develop and present business cases, ROI models, and proposals tailored to each payer’s strategic priorities

• Represent Tytocare at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience selling SaaS or digital health solutions, with at least 3 years focused on selling to health plans

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota in complex enterprise sales

• Deep understanding of health plan operations, reimbursement models, and innovation priorities (e.g., value-based care, virtual care, population health)

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior clinical and business stakeholders

• Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger

• Ability to manage long sales cycles, coordinate internal stakeholders, and close high-value deals

• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel

• Strong aptitude and willingness to effectively leverage our sales technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, Gainsight, ChatGPT, etc.) in pursuit of business goals.

• Previous experience in a start-up environment is highly preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive setting

• Willingness to travel 25–50% as neededץ
