Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Health Partner Network Manager in Mobile, AL to execute contracting strategy, develop contract provisions, monitor metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role includes creating VBR strategies, negotiating hospital and physician contracts, recruiting providers, and leading loading/credentialing processes while collaborating with Finance and Legal for approved templates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years healthcare experience, including one year in managed care provider relations or provider contracting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute value-based reimbursement strategies.
• Conduct annual reviews of contracting strategies for compliance.
• Recruit, contract, and credential providers; oversee loading processes.
• Negotiate and re-negotiate hospital, ancillary, physician, and behavioral health contracts.
• Build networks to support new products and onboard providers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
• Mentor junior contractors and participate in provider training.
