Job summary

Marsh is seeking a talented Health & Benefits Consultant to join our Health & Benefits Consulting team, part of our People and Investments business. The role will be based in New York, Norwalk, or Boston and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office each week.

Benefits and Compensation

• The applicable base salary range for this role is $212,000 to $318,000.
• The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
