Job summary

PA Consulting seeks an Operating Model Consultant to work with Health & Life Sciences clients, shaping operating models and governance structures to enable innovative, scalable delivery. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design future-state operating models and drive transformation programs across pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare organizations.

You’ll analyze challenges, facilitate workshops, and develop practical roadmaps while building deep expertise in

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in consulting, health and life sciences, transformation, or related industry roles.
Experience supporting clinical, R&D, medical, regulatory, commercial, or enterprise transformation initiatives in pharma/healthcare.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Design future-state operating models, governance, capabilities, and ways of working.
Analyze complex challenges and develop actionable recommendations, business cases, and roadmaps.
Facilitate stakeholder discussions and workshops with client teams from operations to leadership.
Assess capabilities and identify opportunities for improved performance and transformation.
