We are looking for an experienced healthcare attorney interested in a rewarding, remote, part-time professional opportunity with our AV-rated boutique health law firm based in Georgia. See littlehealthlaw.com. We have a multi-jurisdictional practice.

This position provides a unique opportunity for a quality health law attorney capable of autonomously handling full responsibility for direct handling of client matters involving transactional, corporate, contract, employment, and compliance work in a health law context, typically for medical practices, physicians, med spas, and other healthcare-related businesses.

The role may involve issues such as corporate practice of medicine, management services agreements, and other healthcare transaction matters.

The ideal candidate will be seeking a long-term relationship, be a self-starter, highly motivated, and possess relevant health law experience, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Above all, the candidate should be committed to providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Georgia license is required. Salary negotiable.

JD and 5-15 years of relevant healthcare law experience.
