Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint; expert in Excel including macros.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Quantitative skills with databases and spreadsheets.
• Residency in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Certified Tester – Advanced Level desirable.
• 4 years of IT experience including requirements development, programming, and software testing.

Responsibilities

• Support QA for SharePoint online migrations from classic to modern.
• Test solutions across multiple workstreams; collaborate with developers and testers.
• Develop and execute test plans for new systems and enhancements.
• Create detailed reusable test cases with step-by-step instructions.
• Document testing results and communicate expected vs actual outcomes.
• Maintain data repositories and reporting tools within SharePoint.
• Contribute to data consolidation and stakeholder reporting.
