Job summary

• Extensive experience supporting enterprise‑level programs and governance.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate workloads and performance metrics.
• Proven ability to design executive dashboards and management reports.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver analytical and operational support to HITU leadership for program performance.
• Evaluate EHR-related workloads, trends, and enhancement requests to aid decisions.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting products for visibility into outcomes.
• Assist with release planning and assess impacts to operations and training.
• Coordinate governance meetings and document decisions and action items.
• Support strategic planning through workload analysis and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and governance.
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, and executive teams to align initiatives.
• Maintain program documentation and reporting artifacts.
