Acentra Health is seeking a Senior Health Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. This role analyzes health care data and utilizes the data to identify potential business opportunities, often in a client facing roll.

Will be involved in other analytical projects that relate to business opportunities, financial reconciliation and outcomes research. You will be the primary analytics contact, manage reports, QA, and data workflows, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to HIPAA policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in analytics, information systems, computer science, or related field.
• Requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of BI and data warehouse methodologies preferred.
• Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS).
• Skilled in SQL tools including SSRS, SSAS, SSMS, and Team Foundation Server.
• Skilled in ETL tools and data modeling.
• Experience with performance tuning and workflow processing in database environments.
• Knowledgeable about healthcare industry, managed care, and operational systems.

Responsabilités

• Primary point of contact or “account manager” for analytics department.
• Understand client contract requirements and type of work.
• Deliver and present reports with QA, analysis, and commentary.
• Monitor production and distribution of automated reports.
• Manage report delivery calendar and ensure on-track production status.
• Gather report requirements and prioritize for the technical team.
• Manage requests for ad hoc reporting and facilitate prioritization with the team.
• Read and adhere to HIPAA and Privacy and Security Rules.
