Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in information systems, CS, health services research; master's preferred.
• Strong BI/data warehouse methodologies knowledge.
• Senior SQL skills with data architecture experience.
• Experience with healthcare data and HIPAA/privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines across environments.
• Work with data transformation packages to support data modeling.
• Analyze healthcare claim and utilization data for BI insights.
• Query databases to pull data for reporting and transformations.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain data processing platforms.
• Collaborate with internal/external customers to define requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in data processing.
• Troubleshoot complex SQL queries, SSIS packages, and data transforms.
• Create scripts for new database objects.
