Job summary

Good Call Insurance Group is seeking full-time health insurance sales agents who can work remotely anywhere in the US or hybrid from our Fort Lauderdale office. Open Enrollment starts November 1.

Agents earn at least $15/hour or higher with commissions, paid weekly. Earnings target is $1,500–$2,500 per week for full-time performance, with company-paid leads and licensing cost reimbursement after hire.

Qualifications

• Health insurance license in your resident state is preferred; licensing help is provided after hire.
• Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Fort Lauderdale.

Responsibilities

• Call customers who asked about health coverage.
• Explain ACA Marketplace, short-term medical, limited benefit and supplemental plans accurately.
• Enroll customers and log sales in the agency system.

Job description

Good Call Insurance Group is a Fort Lauderdale-based, nationwide health insurance agency hiring full-time W-2 health insurance sales agents, who can work remotely anywhere in the US or hybrid from our Fort Lauderdale office. Open Enrollment starts November 1.

Pay

• At least $15/hour (or your state's minimum wage, if higher) or your commission, whichever is higher each pay week, paid weekly
• Commissions are subject to carrier chargebacks, but chargebacks never take your pay below the hourly minimum
• Company-paid leads (inbound calls, live transfers and internet leads) delivered to your dialer at no cost to you
• Earnings target: $1,500-$2,500 a week for full-time agents, based on sales performance. This is a target, not a guaranteed wage; actual earnings vary.

What you'll do

• Call customers who asked about health coverage
• Explain ACA Marketplace, short-term medical, limited benefit and supplemental plans accurately, including what each one doesn't cover
• Enroll customers and log sales in our agency system

Training

• Product training before you sell each plan type
• Our sales playbook, AI role-play calls, and coaching on your recorded calls

Licensing

A health insurance license in your resident state (life a plus). Not licensed yet? We'll help you get licensed, and licensing costs are reimbursed after hire.
