What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage inbound calls from individuals inquiring about ACA individual and/or family health plans
- Identify clients’ needs and match solutions to those needs
- Provide quotes using sales systems and carrier quoting tools
- Deliver excellent customer service to foster positive relationships with prospective members
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and customer outreach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Active Accident/Health Insurance License in your state of residency
- Ability to get appointed as a licensed sales agent by multiple insurance carriers
- Demonstrated proficiency with sales systems
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of related experience in sales or insurance
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the insurance industry
- Familiarity with multiple insurance carriers and their products
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
