Job summary

Take Command Health is seeking an Insurance Advocacy Specialist in Dallas, TX to support members with ICHRA/QSEHRA benefits and health coverage. You will own cases end-to-end, answer questions, resolve enrollment and claims issues, and help members understand how to use their benefits.

The role offers a hybrid work model with two Texas offices, strong growth potential, and a path to Care Tier 2 responsibilities as the team scales.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in health insurance or related field.
• Customer service experience in case-based or ticketing environment.
• Active health insurance license or able to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for member insurance advocacy cases, including coverage clarification and enrollment troubleshooting.
• Research and resolve complex insurance questions using platforms and cross-functional collaboration.
• Document case notes and outcomes clearly in HubSpot/CRM.
• Escalate when needed and follow escalation protocols.
• Communicate with members clearly, empathetically, and set accurate expectations.
• Identify patterns in cases and flag recurring issues to team lead.
• After ramping up, assume Care T2 responsibilities as part of cross-training.
