Qualifications

• Mid-level fluency in Electronic Health Records.
• Ability to perform patient charting reliably.

Responsibilities

• Coach patients through discharge planning using Epic Systems.
• Verify two patient identifiers before every draw, scan, and medication pass.
• Bridge language gaps with interpreter services for informed consent.
• Partner with respiratory, PT, and pharmacy to keep the hybrid care plan moving.
• Restock supply rooms and par levels to prep for the next technician.
• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity and escalate cases to on-call provider.
• Anticipate the surgeon's instrument needs during Telehealth cases.
