Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff to coordinate care
• Schedule and conduct Tracheostomy Care follow-up calls within 48 hours of discharge
• Set IV lines on difficult sticks to reduce patient discomfort and avoid repeat attempts
• Ensure compliance with WA state, federal, and regulatory requirements
• Triage walk-in concerns by acuity and escalate detailed cases to the on-call provider
