Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Obtains and accounts for paper records daily.
• Preps the records and scans/indexes into the HPF system.
• Maintains the scanning equipment on a daily basis.
• Analyzes records for completeness.
• May distribute transcribed documents to the nursing units or may complete Florida Birth Certificates.
• Be available to work some weekend days to support coding operations.
