Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services in Spokane Valley is seeking a Health Information Representative to create and review Plans of Care for CMS compliance and manage records throughout the patient care cycle.

You will work with clinicians to ensure certifications, orders and documentation are complete, while maintaining secure scanned records and supporting revenue cycle processes. On-site, day shift, full-time role in Spokane, WA.

Competenze

• 2 years experience in a team setting; healthcare-related college program preferred.
• 6 months of clerical/general office experience; clinical setting preferred.

Mansioni

• Create and review Plans of Care to ensure CMS program compliance.
• Perform technical reviews, audits and maintenance of Home & Community Care patient records.
• Ensure documents are scanned, indexed and retained securely to safeguard medical records integrity.
