Position Overview

This entry-level role involves processing all releases of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, ensuring timely, accurate delivery while safeguarding patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Position Highlights

• Onsite in Kirkland, WA
• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Processing medical records requests at the front desk

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and clerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Comfort in a high-volume environment
• Medical office experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Process patient health information requests according to policies
• Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data
• Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Respond to internal and external record requests
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to commute as needed
• Willing to work overtime during peak seasons
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare experience
• Experience in a production or metrics-based environment
• In-person customer service experience
• Ability to build relationships and suggest process improvements

Additional Information
