Responsibilities include reviewing documentation for Medicaid funding, transcribing and coding medical and mental health services, maintaining health information databases, and supporting staff on HIM requirements.

Competenze

• Certification in health information management is preferred (RHIA/RHIT).
• Experience with medical documentation and coding processes.
• Ability to audit and maintain health information records.
