This is a Remote role.

Schedule

Full-Time: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm EST. Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment.

Responsibilities
  • Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide medical record status.
  • Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors.
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
