What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build documentation tracking processes for top clients to monitor documentation performance and enhance clinical outcomes
  • Create reporting tools to provide visibility on documentation performance to operations and clinical leaders
  • Deliver reports to assist clinical leaders in coaching staff to meet performance standards
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and providers to ensure compliance with healthcare documentation requirements
  • Manage and maintain database inquiries while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive patient information
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in a healthcare setting
