Implementsprocesses to ensure accurate and complete medical record documentation; workswith providers to improve quality of documentation; tracks audits and denialsfrom third-party payers and auditors; ensures compliance with state and federalregulations and standards related to privacy, security, and record completion;prepares and analyzes data for process improvement and utilization managementfor mandatory reporting.Adheres tofacility policies and procedures; performs clerical duties associated withposition.
