Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Health Informatics Analyst to research, analyze and report on information driving performance improvements and patient outcomes. You will lead through resolution of opportunities, develop educational materials, and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires experience with health IT systems, data synthesis, and cross-functional collaboration to support leadership decision-making and program ROI demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Leverage program and operational data and measurements to define and demonstrate progress, ROI and impacts
• Maintain working knowledge of applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations, Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, policies, procedures and guidelines

Requirements

• Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Health Informatics through a combination of education and experience
• At least two (2) years of experience in an informatics or related role
• Experience with clinical information systems and health information technology
• Basic understanding of clinical treatment modalities, educational principles, clinical information systems, accreditation and regulatory standards, and program development
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of change management principles
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of project management principles
• Must live near Trinity Location
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Able to adapt to frequent interruptions, shifting priorities and stressful situations
• Able to understand and relate to complex ideas and concepts
• Able to work on concurrent tasks and projects
• Able to read small print and hear normal sounds and voice patterns
• Able to give and receive verbal instructions in person and via phone, computer, device or equipment
• Able to perform frequent manual dexterity activities and occasional grasping/handling
