MultiCare Health System is seeking a Health Information Management Technician to process and maintain patient records and support the HIM department. The role emphasizes organization, accuracy, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a busy health care setting.

Responsibilities include handling patient records and performing clerical tasks. The position is full-time with a 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, Monday through Friday, located in the Pacific Northwest region within the MultiCare

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• One year clerical experience

Responsibilities

• The Health Information Management Technician is responsible for the processing and maintaining of all patient records received by the Health Information Department and for performing clerical functions in support of the HIM.
• Work situations are repetitive and routine and require organization and attention to detail and the ability to work without direct supervision.
