Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs, demonstrating compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identifying and resolving potential service issues
• Greeting customers warmly and offering help locating items
• Cashier duties including cash, checks and credit card transactions
• Restocking shelves, updating pricing and inventory management tasks
• Supporting opening and closing store activities
• Customer support across departments including photo and beauty
• Assisting pharmacy personnel and growth opportunities within CVS
• Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs
