Formación

• Willingness to travel to conduct routine health and safety surveys.
• Surveys facilities to determine compliance with state licensure and federal requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Surveys Intermediate Care Facilities/ICF/IID to ensure compliance with licensure and federal mandates.
• Prepares written survey findings and documentation of results.
• Performs monitoring to ensure ongoing compliance and regulatory directives.
