Job summary

Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP) in Warwick, RI, seeks a Project Manager to lead the Warwick HEZ Initiative and coordinate a diverse group of partners. This role drives civic engagement, equity, and collective impact to reduce disparities in Warwick's communities.

The Project Manager will manage the work plan, ensure stakeholder buy-in, and deploy a shared measurement system to track progress and accountability, using data to guide learning and improvements.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in community organizing, collective impact, data analysis, economic development, workforce development, public administration, human services, urban planning, or related field.
• Experience building consensus among diverse stakeholders and motivating action.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage projects with policy and systems change experience.
• Ability to engage with diverse leaders including residents, politicians, and executives.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Grant writing and resource development experience.
• Cultural competence and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Provide/isolate immunizations and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to cross-sector stakeholders to implement initiative activities.
• Manage Warwick HEZ work plan and annual updates with community ownership.
• Build and sustain a strong community voice within the Warwick HEZ partnership.
• Coordinate partner activities to align with Warwick HEZ goals.
• Develop a shared measurement system to track progress and learning.
• Ensure open communication about Warwick HEZ activities and outreach via social media.
