Job summary

UC Davis Health seeks an experienced program manager to advance health equity and support the Anchor Institution pillars across the region. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, develop project plans, and oversee reporting and analytics to drive timely, high-quality outcomes.

This role emphasizes partnership with community-based organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers, shaping strategy and programs with equity-minded leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience and training.
• Direct experience in health equity theories and strategies, population health, CLAS standards.
• Experience developing partnerships with CBOs, government agencies, and healthcare organizations.
• Experience with health program policy analysis related to inequities and health equity.
• Experience evaluating population-based health programs and continuous quality improvement.
• Experience in organizational and project management to direct projects from inception to completion.
• Strong written communication to present analyses and executive summaries.
• Advanced knowledge of health equity theories, population health, and meaningful community engagement.
• Knowledge of community health indicators and equity metrics.
