Job summary
The Vitamin Shoppe in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an energetic Assistant Store Manager to help lead a team of Health Enthusiasts® on the path to lifelong wellness. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive daily sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and support coaching and development.
You will help recruit and train staff, maintain store standards, manage schedules, and participate in loss prevention and community outreach.

- Direct support to Store Manager; execute with excellence.

- Lead with integrity and accountability.
- Promote continuous education and training initiatives.
- Maintain store upkeep, follow loss prevention standards, price products.
- Perform additional duties as required.
