What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with clients and key stakeholders to develop and execute a wellbeing strategy that promotes healthy behaviors
- Identify opportunities to integrate wellbeing into diverse workplace environments
- Coordinate and implement key programs, events, and campaigns related to wellbeing
- Manage communication strategies including newsletters and updates for wellbeing initiatives
- Collaborate with client wellbeing networks and vendor partners to enhance program engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of experience in strategic wellbeing program design and implementation
- Experience working with large national employers and dispersed workforces
- Proven track record in harmonizing wellbeing programs across various sub-organizations
- Strong background in developing and evaluating workplace wellbeing strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Industry certifications such as CHES, Chapman, WELCOA, or experience in worksite wellbeing programs
- Experience collaborating with vendor partners in health and wellness
- Familiarity with employer benefits, human resources, and wellness trends
- Flexibility to adapt strategies to meet the needs of diverse populations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
